Comments: The price was great and their web site worked well. I was glad to see the Better Business Bureau logo on their site. The status of the shipment was a little disappointing. The site told me for several days that the order was waiting for the Postal Service to pick it up. But it got here as quickly as I expected for a cross-country shipment. Overall – good job.

Comments: I called their number to check on inventory and received a prompt answer. The salesman suggested that I order on line so their would be no mistakes in transcribing names address or CC# and that the memory would ship the followiing day. I ordered 2 GB DDR RAM for a new iMac on a Thursday Evening around 9 P.M. CST. I requested the free USPS knowing that it would not ship until Friday evening and would take at best a week. (about 1/4 the time of the new iMac) The memory arrived on the following Tuesday, well ahead of schedule. Well packaged with packing slip. I also received three seperate status emails on my order, one at the time of the order, one the following morning stating that it would ship that afternoon and one late that Friday stating that the order had shipped. I did not order the additional testing for 9.99 as I planned on testing it in another G5 prior to my new iMac arriving. It works fine and has for the past two 1/2 weeks. It is exactly as ordered. Perfectly matched pair according to xbench and CineBench. If I had been in a rush I probablly would have ordered the additional screening, just to be safe. I just wish Apple was as prompt in shipping! Not only was their service, delivery and customer support great I had no doubt as to where my order was in the pipeline, but the price was at that time $25 less than the closest other vendor on www.pricewatch.com. This company is highly recommended in San Antonio
